Sometimes it may be necessary to issue an IPMI Unit Reset in order for the feature to work correctly. Fortunately, this is quick and easy to do using the below steps:

  1. Visit My Services
  2. Click on the Dedicated Server in question
  3. Click on "Log In To Panel":


  4. Click on "My Services"


  5. Click on "BMC Cold Reset"
